Rated   Had been noticing the signboard of this placefrom some time, but finally got a chance to visit them a month back with few friends. The ambience is similar to a college canteen with nice bollywood hits playing in the background. The crowd is also on the tween side. The food is excellent and very pocket friendly. It took us multiple visits to scour the menu and here are some of the must try items- 1. Pappu special chai - vouched as the best tea outside home by my wife, it has to be worth it (I am a non-tea drinker) 2. Chicken Keema Pao - it is the most absolutely delicious lip smacking keema ever and combined with generously buttered pao, it is delight from heaven for non veg aficionados. 3. Pappu ka anda pao- no words to describe this, as the menu says, try it and there is no looking back. I am already drooling as I write. It was a bit of a hassle eating there on rainy days but now garden umbrellas have done the job well, kudos team pappu. A whole hog meal there would cost you only ~ rs. 250 and I guess you would agree that its a big deal in bangalore. They do have a bakery and choice of cupcakes but they are a bit extravagantly priced, so you can steer clear. All in all a great place.

It was such an immense pleasure to visit the place we used to visit when the "PAPPU" opened its account in the big wonderful market of HSR Layout(19th Main) A perfect place for tafri. From small special cutting chai to delicious appetizers and an icing on the cake with pretty little desserts, everything is just perfect at Pappu. And even the name is apt. You'll feel homely when you come at PappuChaiwala. The cast here is like your family and serves mouth-watering food. I recommend this place to everyone (perfect ADDA) :D

Rated   This is probably one of the best hang out places in the city currently. Based on the ever so refreshing open air cafe setup, Pappu offers some amazingly interesting menu options with an unbeatable ambience and hospitality. The stone clad sitting with an amazing crew adds to the superb experience of the place. Coming to the food, Pappu’s Anda pao, Cheese Maggi, Jhal-muri (I like it without lemon, gotta ask for it while ordering but) and Chatkara Fries are the must try items here. Besides, Pappu serves one of the best Kathi Rolls in Bangalore currently. Don’t take my word for it, just try once to figure out the difference (being a roll lover, I was pleasantly surprised at this for sure). Double Anda roll and Anda Chicken roll are my personal favourites. The tea @Pappu blends in perfectly with all the street-food styled snacks, Pappu ki Chai (Masala Tea) and Sulemani Chai are just perfect (nothing more, nothing less. Simply Amazing!) In fine, the biggest striking feature of the place is its crew of chefs- simply the best lot around and Pappu can surely pride itself to be the best tasting cafe of all in Bangalore. The staff behaviour is amazing too - Ever so polite and cheerful A big thank u to the entire team for making every single visit unbelievably superb. Cheers guys. Keep up the great work :)

What a lovely, quaint little place to sit with my bestie and catch up on all that we've missed over many many cups of all kinds of chai! I'm more the adrakki chai person while my friend loves the pappu ki chai special. And we both love the keema fries to keep is going through the hours of conversation. Good, good days spent here!

Awesome place to hang out with ur frnds gang. Beverages are all great, especially love their masala cheese omelette, design fries and masala aloo toaster. Ambience is best, only problem is if it rains, we have to get wet as its a mini open garden. Love to go there always
